The recordings for the audio piece ‘ink on skin’ were taken during a the performance of ‘or what is’. The work investigates the relationship we have with sound and its stand in for an actual body.
It calls upon a community of bodies and voices to think and feel differently, to stretch and widen social structures and rethink the connections we already have. The bodies of the performers are absent but are invoked through their voices and the sounds their moving bodies are making.
